Transsexuals wank with the best of them!
From the Female-to-Male transgender community on LiveJournal, we have superflyboi85 getting into a spat with yourlostboi over what makes one a man as opposed to a dyke with penis envy. [For some reason many transguys feel compelled to refer to themselves as "boi." Get used to it if you're going to read.]

The original post, in which superflyboi bitches at yourlostboi for saying that anyone who ever identified as female Does Not Belong in the FTM community.

Several shouts of "Grow up!" and "Stop causing drama, you little shit!" And then...

Where in the fuck do you get off trying to scare this kid away from the only real support he has? You need to grow up and get over yourself none of us need this negitivity in our lives. Theres too much hate when an FTM is not safe in a FTM forum. Thankfully, no one engages.

Yourlostboi replies: Look kid, don't get your panties in a twist. Much general wankage and calls to bring it to private journals. Bingdbear, the poster of the above rant, accuses yourlostboi of political incorrectness: FTMs don't wear panties, you twat!

rocket_man_79 informs the community that the more they argue and wank, the more they look like a bunch of little girls. Wonder of wonders, he actually gets away with telling a group of transgenders that they're acting like women, but an anonymous poster does tell him he's being sexist, which leads everyone into a side discussion about what exactly makes one misogynistic.

Superflyboi then proceeds to bring all the shit up again in another post, which, while not as deliciously wanky, does feature a bunch of anonymous trolls making their appearances within minutes of each other.

Really, boys, what's the point of wanking if that nice dick you got grafted on can't feel anything?

And thus, we see one of the reasons why THIS little trannyboy stays the HELL away from most Trans* forums.

Oh, but teh wank can get so amusing, especially when they start calling each other little girls... and invariably someone will storm off and make his own community, where everyone is accepted except the particular group that he doesn't like and they can all go frolic in the oh-so-manly fields of flowers auto repair shops.

the more they argue and wank, the more they look like a bunch of little girls.

Right. Because boys never argue. And they certainly never wank.

If this wank proves nothing else, it proves that opinions are like assholes: everyone's got one, and they all stink.

Oh, I'm surprised someone got away with doing that too... those transsexuals/transgendered I've seen who have an inclination to wankiness tend to go absolutely batshit if you refer to them by their... ... lord only knows what term for the gender they were born with WOULDN'T cause a wanky reaction, because I expect there isn't one. c.c Like the militant branch of any narrow interest group, they're going to find a way to take insult from almost anything.

I think "birth sex" is about as good as you're going to get.

No, scratch that. "Chromosomal sex." There you go.

Hey, you think THIS is bad, you better see what it's like when we're trying to figger out how to refer to non-trans people as opposed to trans people...

I don't even know what my chronosomes are.

Or care, but I suspect I'm going to find out tomorrow, anyway - I've had blood tests for a possible hormonal thing, and I'm sure the doctor would tell me if they don't match my apparent (and chosen) gender.

I had a point somewhere *brief search* Oh yeah, most people don't know for *sure* if they're XX or XY or something else entirely. They just assume. This amuses me a lot.

I wish I had an extra Y chromosome, yet could remain physically female. I could get away with much more crime than I am now. >:D

Really, it's impossible to say anything in trans* communities anymore without having someone jump down your throat. "Do real guys have this problem?" "Are you implying that we're not real guys, you ignorant little asshat?" "Fine then, do anatomical guys have this problem?" "Hey, post-ops are anatomical guys!" "Put it this way then, do guys with XY chromosomes have this problem?" "Shut up or you might offend the hermaphrodites." "Oi! We're not hermaphrodites! We're intersex!"

It gets even funnier when you "go beyond the gender binary," to people who insist that they are not male, not female, but genderqueer, or bi-gendered, or non-gendered, or two-spirit, or boydyke, or pan-gender... and then someone will bring up, "Don't call them transsexual! They're not really trans!" and then we're back to the original wank.

And yes, it really is like the age-old "________ than thou" splurt. Joining these communities is almost as bad as staying alone and isolated in your rural Mississippi town where the local preacher tries to exorcise you every Sunday.

The saving grace of that thread is that it planted the phrase "metaphorical panties" in my head, and since I am mentally nine at times, that makes me laugh.

Personally, this fight sounds like a variation on the age-old "___er than thou" / "I was ___ before ___ was cool" / "if you're a TRUE fan/[noun] you'd be/do/think XYZ" / "everybody is a poser but me" refrain.

"I knew I was trans from the absolute instant I was conceived despite not having any higher brain function at the time, and if you didn't then you're a POSER, you big posery poser!"

I mean, damn. Way to turn on somebody for having a more difficult time of it than you did. Somehow that strikes me as particularly assy, though then, I'm an evaile mundy and what do I know.
