Please, no bestialist bashing.
Over in stupid_free, there is a post about bestiality stupid.

[info]lyrajane: I agree with the people who have said the OP probably likes bestiality porn and is trying to find a way to justify it.

Obvious points: First, a dog/horse/sheep doesn't have the intellectual ability to say yes or no, so bestiality is absolutely wrong. Second, porn is filmed and edited. They don't show the 50 times they set up the scene and the dog whimpered or ran away or lost interest, or how they trained the dog to mount the woman in the first place, or how many dogs they went through to find one that could be trained in that way. It's no more "real" than any other porn scenario.

Sheesh, even little kids know movies are not real. They don't magically BECOME real when there's fucking involved.

[info]pawsie: eh... according to that logic.. wouldn't that make pet owners also wrong? You paper train a dog, to defend your home, or to sit... it's not as if they wanted to be taught those things. So is it just the fact they're unable to say yes or no? Rape is normally taken with sexual interaction... but it traditionally means to seize, take, or carry off by force. Domesticating an animal can easily be seen as rape.

But this is just coming from a guy that doesn't see it as black and white....

However, I'm not justifying it...I'm just saying it's not that simple.

And they're off!

Please, no furbashing.
