I think this only actually makes sense if the god is a vengeful god who tests followers while on earth. Which she didn't say. She said it was god's plan. Which does, logically, mean that it might be the god's plan to free her. Or that if it was about pleasure, she might be a whore where, say, she wasn't being abused all the time.
