God, that whole thread about how disgusting it is to eat bone marrow, and like, people totally only did that in the way long ago past like the hunter-gatherers in Grapes of Wrath who had to use every part of the animal, made me wish intently that I could grab them through my lappy screen and smack their empty heads together.

I was going to use a copy of Mastering the Art of French Cooking for the smacking.
