Having experienced Scottish cuisine (read: if it holds still long enough, it gets deep fried, and if it doesn't, whack it over the head till it does hold still long enough), I find that an entirely appropriate name, hee.

As a Scottish friend of mine' said, Scotland's the Heart Attack Capitol of the World.

He also introduced me to deep fried pizza...it's an experience.
