I'm still trying to figure out why the OP can't follow her diet in the places she described.

(Because, uhm, unless there's something I'm missing, Mexico City isn't considered rural... neither is Ciudad Juarez. Parts of Tlaxcala, sure. But even so, it sounds weird)
