After you're finished ruining Portland, looks like you guys need to take on Phoenix next!
Trust me, the Anti-Smoking Gestapo are too busy trying to enforce the state wide smoking ban in Washington to go to Phoenix at the moment. Their stopover in Portland was mearly a refreshing break from mercilessly making the hipster smokers stand twenty feet away from whatever Belltown bar they were going to that night and ruining Beth's Cafe.
