In the Words of Alice Cooper - "I love my guns, hot dog and mustard...I love America"
Yay webcomic wank!

So!
Matt Boyd of MacHall and Three Panel Soul wanted to buy a gun. He mentioned it to a co-worker, the day after the Virginia Tech shootings. Another co-worker overheard and reported him, feeling 'unsafe'. Matt was promptly fired.

So, he made a strip detailing this wacky experiance here, here and here.

And then the cops came! Apparently the girl in the second strip looked like a co-worker and the whole comic was considered "Borderline Terroristic." (I swear.)

Since then, this whole thing has made it's rounds amongst the Web Comic communities, and of course, wank will follow.

Like here</> for example.

EDIT: Here's an
interview with Matt himself.
And "Terroristic" is indeed a word. See?

I did get in trouble for using the word villain once, but that event is so stupid it makes baby jesus cry to think about

Wow, that's an impressive level of stupid. I'm almost afraid to ask.

okay, you know that 101 things I would not do if I was an Evil Overlord list? I WAS JUST TRYING TO REMEMBER WHAT IT WAS CALLED AND CALLED IT THE VILLAIN LIST. :( I was told that was 'hostile language' and couldn't use that in my reports. I can just imagine if I'd gone to that school during my zombie phase. "I... all he said was brains? WHY ARE YOU SUSPENDING ME"

They suspended me for wearing a coat in school once. It wasn't even a trenchcoat. I think they were hoping to make someone snap so they could get some damn press.

Maybe it was an ugly coat and they wanted you to develop better fashion sense?

I got in trouble for using the word "flaming". Because it's swearing apparently.

(I was all of five, and we were meant to be retelling the story of Adam and Eve. I described the angel's fiery sword as a "flaming" sword)

*still bitter*

I'm terrible. All I can think of now is a flaming sword that insists it's blade color-coordinates with its hilt. It's one of those D&D "intelligent" weapons that talks to its owner telepathically but all it says is "Fabulous!" makemestopplz.

I think Aziraphale's sword would be pretty flaming. Well, I mean, it is and all, but in the It Made An Effort sort of way.
