	I.. what. It really doesn't compute. We never went to a prison and I am pretty sure no school here has ever done that. That's just... but why??? (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	I don't remember why. I didn't even remember going until this post. But yeah, we went. Then again, my school system was rather...odd anyway. They put the prison across the street from an elementary school, so you know. Brain function wasn't a high priority with them. (Reply to this)(Parent)

	some genius in our house of reps a couple months ago made a proposal that all 8th graders in the state would have to take a field trip to a prison. thankfully, nothing's come of it. because wtf why. (Reply to this)(Parent)
