Delicious cruelty-free wank!
Over at Pandagon, Chris Clarke makes the following post:

I haven’t really wanted to make a big deal out of this. After all, we Pandagonians are on the same side, more or less, and I tell myself it’s not politically correct to impose my own moral sensibilities on others.

But I’ve just heard one too many references in comments here to certain dietary practices, comments made blithely and without any sense of shame, to keep silent any longer.

Can one truly be a leftist, a progressive, a feminist, without scrutinizing one’s diet for cruelty? You may think your other good works make up for what you put in your mouth. You may think that paying attention to the ethical aspects of your daily diet is just one more burden in a progressive PC laundry list of oppressions.

But I guarantee this video will make you see things differently.

Trigger warnings apply.

...and follows it with a Youtube video of the Arrogant Worms song "Carrot Juice is Murder."

Cue humorless vegans and vegetarians getting their free-range organic hemp panties in a twist, including the amazing assertion that it's okay to be self-righteous if one's right. (The best part is that Chris Clarke and Amanda, the blog owner, are both vegetarians.)
