We have one Chinese place in the area that admits to using MSG. (All the others seem to have "NO MSG ZOMG" signs up.) It's some of the best Chinese food I've had. I think this fact speaks for itself.

And I was pleased to learn recently that MSG is not the poisonous devil ingredient it's made out to be in the States. Now I can eat at Jan Mee all I like without worrying about just bursting into flames right on the spot.
