	My usual thought on recipes with eggplant: I wonder if zucchini would work instead? I tried to like eggplant, I really did. But this aversion has resulted in my fabulous -- if I do say so myself -- version of Thai green curry, so it all worked out yummily in the end. (Reply to this)(Parent)
