What's up with this guy? By his decree Ottawa and much of Europe should be 'land of the naked.' Boobies=/= penises. For one, boobies rock.

I didn't get that either. I'd heard of a case where some women went naked (NY State?), and they avoided indecency laws, proving a very important fact: the laws state that reproductive organs can't be shown. A woman's reproductive organs are on the inside. Last I knew, a labia or clitoris doesn't make the bebbeez.

Slight correction, from my husband: it was 'genitals'. She'd asked the officer arresting her, "Did you see my genitals?" By all honest and anatomical knowledge, the man had to say no.
She won the case, too.
