Good lord. The holier-than-thou, self-righteous attitude infesting just about every post in that comm, where certain commenters attempt to make it all the OP's fault, just drives me nuts. It's like every tale of bad service must somehow be justified by the saintliness of the person the bad service was visited upon. If they have any perceived moral failing, they somehow deserved to get shat on while transacting everyday business.

About half that comm needs its Internet taken away until it learns how to behave.
