Huh. Well, the spiky 0 is the head, the second 2 is the body, the detatched part of the second 2 is the penis, the 1 is the guy's legs and waist, and on the first 2, the bottom stroke is his arms, going out to hold her head (he has his elbows at his sides).

Alternatively, the detached part of the second 2 is her arms, holding his knees, and the bottom stroke of the first 2 is the penis (could be the arms, too, obscuring the penis). This is more to scale, but his head is missing.
