I have to agree with the emergency vet advice--even if this woman waits until tomorrow to take her dog to a regular vet (a risky proposition in and of itself), that's still going to mean taking time off work and paying a vet bill. She's going to have to pay for it either way, and she's going to have to take time out of her schedule.

I mean, if it was just some minor illness I would have some sympathy for her, but with symptoms like that her dog may be seriously actually dying.
