Y hallo thar, reasons why I did not get a driver's licence.

It's bad enough that almost all of my friends whose driving service I regularlyabuse seem to think that driving like racing lunatics is fun and necessary - and well, in a way, they *are* deficient in the penis department, seeing as how they're all women.
