Call me crazy, but I think maybe part of the problem is that their user info says, "Founded in 2001, vaginapagina is a body-positive, progressive community that is all about vaginas, vulvas and other stuff that relates to women's bodies, health and wellbeing."

That sort of implies that vagina owners are women, but I'm sure it's easier to make a lot of mod posts than to change that. And wow that has to be one of the longest set of 'read this before posting' FAQs I've ever seen.
