Is anyone else remembering that thing where a Starbucks person was all upset about people ordering something and adding lots of milk and stuff to it themselves?

I mean, I can see charging for the chips and stuff if somebody's actually eating nothing but free chips and they're by themselves (or with other people eating only chips), but come on.... What would they do if the group ordered an appetizer? Then is the non-ordering person deemed to have not ordered anything? What if two people split an entree?

Just seems like there's a better way to deal with it.
