Maybe it's just me but after my time working at AOL and how without so much as a 'huh?' really went the distance to accommodate the disabled with things such as the voice rec software to special monitors and ramps, not to mention beds with the company logo for helper animals and 'walkies' staff on hand, I just don't see how it's an issue to make accommodations for those who need it.

I'd imagine it's more cost effective in the long run to ensure things are accessible and a little extra training to staff on things than having things escalate to the point of lawsuit.
