I. Um. Wot?

Strangest wank I've seen in a while. Clever troll, or really whacked-out person? You decide.

If you can't afford to buy a house that guarantees that your children don't have to share a room, don't have more children than you have bedrooms. No, srsly.

Srsly, if your children have to share a room, give them to someone more capable of taking care of them.

HEY NOW YOU ARE TWISTING MY WORDS!

Thank you for educating us, [info]teresina. o.O

I just remember the Full House where Michelle used to have her own room because she was the baby, but then DJ needed more privacy because she was a teenager, and so SHE got to have her own room...but meanwhile, didn't the other 2 need their own rooms as well? craziness.

When I have doubts about my parenting skills, I just think, "What would Uncle Jesse do?"

You know, as I rewatch that show, he's kind of actually the best parent amongst the three of them. I still have yet to figure out what Joey actually contributed to the family dynamic.

Perhaps a cautionary example?

Making sure Danny didn't get too sexually frustrated?

No no, there's way more slashy subtext between Jesse and Joey, it's actually ridiculous how obvious it is in retrospect. [No, I totally don't own the first six seasons on DVD, really.]

There's definitely something wrong with me that it took this discussion to make me realize how weird that whole living situation was.

Were Jessie and Joey actually related to Danny somehow? That would make it marginally less bizarre.

So why is there so little Jesse/Joey out there? :[

Because of Joey. Alanis Morrisette shows up and yodels at you if you write it.

See! It's my new mantra: What Would Uncle Jesse Do?

Although look how Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen turned out. >_>;;;

Fun fact! When I was studying abroad in Japan, I was channel surfing and happened to catch a random episode of Full House dubbed into Japanese. Since they don't have the "si" sound in Japanses, they pronounced it "Jesshi" making them sound suddenly and inexplicably drunk whenever his name was said. The whole thing was really bizarre.

I think it's scary that anyone overseas would want to watch Full House.

I'm just curious to know who the Japanese voice actors were, and if it was anyone really famous or something. Because that would be awesome!

...and then I would drift off into space just thinking about John Stamos.

And my kids would suffer from neglect. :/ But, hey, John Stamos!

...Well, I wouldn't be fantasizing about him for his brains, anyway.

There was an incident this past June.

I guess if I can forgive The Hoff for his drunken burger eating, I can forgive Uncle Jesse.
