Strangest wank I've seen in a while. Clever troll, or really whacked-out person? You decide.

If you can't afford to buy a house that guarantees that your children don't have to share a room, don't have more children than you have bedrooms. No, srsly.

Srsly, if your children have to share a room, give them to someone more capable of taking care of them.

My university did this as well, except that people would lie on the forms (especially the "Do you smoke?" question, and the partying one) so it wasn't useful at all.

(And where the hell was the "Are you going to be a drug addict who lays around the room 24-7 and invites skeevy dealers over all the time" question, because that's knowledge I could have used!)
