Danger Will Robinson... NSFW!
The entire post is NSFW.

ONTD has declared it to be Happy P33N DAY! And much posting of the penis was enjoyed.

But the wank (yes, yes, I know) starts with the seventh comment of this post by [info]beaute__exquise declaring "If I were a male I'd have my penis removed. It's so grotesque."

[info]yobarracuda replies, "well...then you wouldnt really be male anymore. or completely male anyway". To which [info]beaute__exquise comes back with "Would I become a woman? I wouldn't want to be a woman either."

...

From there it descends to basically a p33n vs vajayjay debate (and I use the term loosely).

Bonus for the lady lovers: Dita von Teese

Lights off, under the sheets, with eyes squeezed tightly shut so as not to catch a glimpse of any possibly offending body parts. Awwww yeah.

That sounds so sexy. *roll eyes*

Sometimes I wonder how people can not enjoy sex (putting aside those scarred by abuse of some sort). Thank you for reminding me.

I won't get too TL;DR about the Beauty Myth here, but I hate how pervasive the notion is that sexuality is somehow intrinsically tied to what's considered physically attractive. Really, no one needs to look like an airbrushed Playboy model in order to have a fun time in the bedroom (or where ever one chooses without getting arrested). Sure, you might be able to land a hotter looking gal/guy, but that still isn't a guarantee that s/he will know what s/he is doing when the pants come off.

I'm not anti-porn, but I do find it worrying how many people (especially people in my generation) seem to think that it represents what sex and naked people should actually be like.

It is pretty weird. Good looks don't guarantee their any good in bed. Nor does it indicate they have a personality.

See, I hope to Hell I *never* have any sex with anyone who resembles the dudes or chicks in mainstream porn. The guys are ugly as sin; the girls are just scary.

And considering that most of my seriously porny written porn is Victorian, sex that resembled it would make me giggle. A lot. Especially the bits about "feel the Dart of Love impatient to enter the mossy grotto" and so forth. Bwah.
