I saw that this morning and knew it was going to end up here. If they didn't mean it as racist, it's not racist. Nice try, straight from the Rove handbook of public relations. You can embroider that ignorance on a snazzy throw pillow and the sentiment will be just as unattractive as before. Still, almost everyone in that conversation needs to unclench the keyboard and take a walk to calm down. It's a good thing most of them don't like Turkish coffee.
