I am the queen of Passover sponge cakes (which is a truly dubious distinction, let me tell you.)

Not to me. Now I want to know her Passover sponge cake recipes. (In the right hands, Passover cake is a surprisingly lovely thing, though I will stick to my chocolate chip bars.)
