Only thing that sucks about shaving our Himalayan (which is especially useful if they get ringworm, makes it easier to do the constant bathing that's needed) is that the other cats don't recognize him at first. He looks different and smells different, so they hiss at him for a couple of days. Then everything's fine, though. My first Persian loved getting shaved, and he'd caper around like a kitten. Osama's kinda meh about it-- but it's pretty funny to have an Osama in a lion cut, since, y'know, that's what the name means. :D

Elementa is really fucking annoying, but it must be nice to be so psychic that you can look at an internets and know everyone's motives in doing everything they do!
