I am being obnoxious and answering for my mom. Also, I'm bored, so this gives me something to do. Hi, mom!

The answer is the county and state fairs, and maybe (though I wouldn't know) other cattle showing events. And when you trim the cows, you make the tips of the tails, even on the bulls, really fluffy. It's hilarious, at least to me, since I've never given a cow a haircut.

	We used to have to trim my old cat's butt, so she didn't keep her shit with her after she finished. So we'd take a pair of safety scissors, and she'd hiss, but handle it cause it made grooming easier. And she was all about comfort. Much like her owner. (Reply to this)(Parent)
