	I tutor teachers who are having trouble passing the state tests mandated by NCLB. It's not as effective a weeding-out process as you want to think it is. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	A bit OT, but I think even the highly qualified teachers bit is a clusterfuck. IMO majoring in Political Science or History qualifies one to teach social studies, but you can't do that now without an additional endorsement. Argh. (Reply to this)(Parent)
