	Bill Cosby rants on how bad parenting is responsible for lots of problems in the black community. Someone links to this in childfree, saying they agree with it. Comments are a firefight between "yeah, black people are totally keeping themselves down!" and "wtf have you never heard of institutional racism". So... about what you'd expect, really.
