it's like wanking fish in a <br>
A blog that lists popular websites that still use Tables is dugg.

Cue hundreds of comments of Tables vs DIVs wank at both the blog and digg, including lots of mentions of Web 2.0 and people saying they went back to tables after that mean ol' CSS didn't work properly.

Hey, I like Amazon's new layout! It loads so much faster on my browser. I still have NIGHTMARES about trying to browse Amazon on dial-up.

Oh, I know. I think it uses a lot of the good principles of the Web 2.0. concept (and it was already heading there anyway, from the reviews to uploading your own images of products to the authors' blogs, etc), but the thing that most people will notice is the shiny buttons. :)

(*has been attempting to convert her boss into updating the company's late-90's-style web page. The shiny buttons sell the concept much better than any talk about interactivity and web standards, sadly*)
