I'd never heard of CommieJournal before; in trying to figure out who they were, I found this, in their very first news post, which I thought amusing vis-a-vis the current wank:

We will NEVER delete or suspend a journal WITHOUT speaking to the owner (except in the case of a law violation; see above).
