I don't wanna share my thoughts on yaoi, here, but what special or extraordinary stuff does she expect? You can only individualize so much when you serve at least dozens of people a day, if not hundreds, and it's not like everyone appreciates the effort, whether they just ignore it or snap at you for not doing it just right or their way.
