News: Man tells pregnant women she is useless to him and is tempted to dismiss her because she's pregnant. Fark: Idiot writes, "Boss tells his senior sales executive that she's "useless" to him because of pregancy. She gets all emotional and litigious, because, well, you know what pregnant women are like" OTF_wank: People write their comments about wimmins (and their place) , preggo, op's spelling skills (or lack thereof), and etc.

ETA: No one found my entry funny, so in an attempt to placate the masses, I present you with an older Cat's and Racks Post (with minor wank).

Also, I will be adding "Never decide what's funny after drinking apricot brandy" on my list of New Years Resolutions.

	This looks like the usual Fark snarkiness. They've got sarcasm down to something of an art form. You can't take a thing they say seriously. You can tell a threads gone serious when they start actually sounding reasonable and using earth logic. In other news, I love Fark, especially the photoshop contests. (Reply to this)(Thread)

His comments are true. She won’t be able to properly perform her job, she's pregnant and large, f’ed up hormones, coaching sessions, and a reduction in hours worked so not to “stress” the baby. After the child is born she’ll ask for a good 4-8 weeks off at least to "bond" with the child. That's just the start, then you have prego calling in because the child was sick, he looked pale, had a cold, and coughed. These are all emergencies and prego will run from the office to the doctor and find out everything is fine. If you want to have a child then go home and stay put until you’re ready to perform your job.

The last sentence does sound the tiniest bit tongue in cheek, but I've seen much worse on the interwebs, so I can't tell.

	Fark is full of asshats and blowhards -- but this is par for the course -- pick any post and you'll find similar asshattery. You should have seen the post about teen driving and cell phones, where half the people responding were saying "yea, dead teenagers!" (Reply to this)(Parent)
