there's European Pocky?! for reals? around here i've only been able to find Japanese and Thai Pocky.

Yeah, it's called "Mikado", but it is real Pocky in license from Glico. It's very basic. In Germany I only ever saw dark chocolate and rarer, milk chocolate. Plus, someone showed me a Caramel flavored variant they bought in France.
