My first thought, and one that is staying with me, is "OH GOD THAT WOULD HURT." Not even the needle part — though I know I wouldn't like to have anything sewn into me, I'm not so bad with needles — but the idea of any weight pulling at my skin. Unless it was, like, ultra-thin meat slices or strips of bacon or something...
