Let's try this again: my baby, the 14 pound skinny man, who's longer than my torso.

Haha, I love the "way heavier than they look" cats - I have a long, slim, sleek-furred doorknob-headed cat who weighs ten pounds. I have a stocky, fluffy, poofy-tailed, ruffed cat who weighs nine and a half. Guess which one everybody thinks is bigger?

I know! It's hilarious to watch the uninitiated pick Tom up and suddenly realize that his skeleton is apparently made of lead.

Not only is Brigid heavier than she looks, but her length means she can twist around you like a freaking eel. Watching the vet try to pick her up is hilarious. (Also, she knows how doorknobs work.)

Thank you! He is entirely aware of it. :-)
