Internet Lawyers -- Not Just for Publishers Anymore
A Dartmouth professor has decided to sue her students (with some faculty thrown in) for discrimination. Supposedly, "discrimination" now entails students disagreeing with you. Who knew?

The term "raving moonbat" will now be my go-to insult (from one of the Dartblog comments). This woman would seem to embody the idea. I've got to tell my dad, a college professor (retiring this year), about this, because he'll love it.

...well, it's a derogatory term for liberals from right-wing political blogs. Moonbat is, I mean. It was coined as a response to 'wingnut', I think, although I couldn't tell you WHY.
