No wonder the State of Georgia is the laughing stock when it comes to education in this nation!

No, darling. We're the laughingstock cause our system is stupid enough to keep adding tests that kids inevitably fail. Gateway anyway? Or the more recent one where straight A kids couldn't pass it.
