I grew up with a double major (english lit and botany) for a dad, and a mom with a history major and a B Ed

It must have been difficult to have gone through childhood looking to a piece of paper on the wall for fatherly guidance -- though now I want to know if he was merely a double major or if he actually got those degrees.
