Those shoes are clearly for people who don't have kids. I get the joke, I would just seriously wonder at the judgement of any parent who'd take it so far as to actually put them on a kid. Since a baby could no more hold those on their feet than she can balance a spoon on her nose, I suspect the whole baby prostitute problem is pretty moot.
