	There's almost certainly a "butthurt" joke to be made about the srs bznes, but I haven't had enought coffee yet. Also, if I don't close both lids, the kitty cats 'swim' so I'm snerk anal about it. is 12 However, that necessity has led to the wonderful realization that when I'm clumsy in the morning and drop things, it's fantastic to have a closed toilet. 	It didn't really matter to me either way until I read that the spray from a flushing toilet can spread up to fifteen feet. And most bathrooms aren't very big. So basically, if you don't close the lid even before you flush, everything in your bathroom gets germy... including your toothbrush. Yeah. I'm kind of OCD about it now. OH GOD. Okay, I might just start shutting it now. Reason I don't, though, is that I forget it's up and slam my ass on a closed lid. Which, with fibro, hurts like hell. But better that than... this.

(I get it half right anyway. The guest bathroom, where people are likely to see it, gets closed always (but I rarely ever use it). The main bathroom doesn't. Will be changing that now!)

I insist on changing my toothbrush almost every month and keep it covered AT ALL TIMES because I'm anal like that. I just can't stand the thought of germs...and my 11-yr old son accused me of being OCD because I always make him wash his hands at the drop of a hat. (the fact that he's always into stuff makes no never mind to him @.@) Plus I'm always on them to put the damned seats down etc. and have now moved into my OWN SHINY bathroom because I can't stand the mess they leave the main bathroom in. (the joys of living in a huge-ass house with more bathrooms than ppl. <3 Tho the heating bills are atrocious...)
