In the "craftgrrl" community, hamburgerhop makes a post asking for advice about her costume idea. People on the internet being intelligent, kind, civil individuals, respond that it is tasteless but provide the relevant information and then ignore it. Right?

First comment says....no.

	Oh FFS, people were dressing up as suicide bombers at the Halloween right after 9/11. Tastless and horrible costumes are kinda the POINT. I mean, hell, lots of people in my family have problems with mental illness, but I would totally dress up in a straight-jacket costume if my country even BOTHERED to celebrate this holiday. bitter (Reply to this)(Thread)
