This is the first time I've seen the picture, and it's made me feel more than a little bit ill. Strangely, nothing else I've ever seen in 8+ years online has had the same effect, even though I KNOW I've seen technically far worse things. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with this picture.

Just. Arg. I'm going to finish off my dinner later.
