Anyone else remember that song from, I don't know, a decade ago?

"Vocabulary runs through my head/
the alphabet runs right from A to Zed"?

Oh, how I laughed at that as a young American. But I didn't, y'know, insist that the band was STUPID and WRONG and OBVIOUSLY NOT IN TOUCH WITH ENGLISH.

Also, since this is apparently hitting all my buttons...I'm Southern and y'all is pretty much the best word ever. I'm in England right now and I tried to get my British friends to say it; it's like I asked him to speak Russian. It was great.
