Yeah really. The fact that the woman took an innocuous comment and turned it into something personal, it was made perfectly clear that she overreacted.

Also comparing cats with gays and black people is a bad analogy. Publicly stating that you hate blacks would surely get you fired from a job. Not like cats on the other hand, sure as hell won't, especially since they're not likely to do any shopping at any store.

Only because in this day and age, cat oppression is so socially acceptable that cats are banned from most shopping venues.

Also they haven't got thumbs.
