Also, I love internet wank about people who are self-published. They're so charmingly deluded when they're not up in your face demanding to know why my store won't carry their book, when there is obviously so much extra room. (Why do we have so many copies of Twilight and Beedle the Bard?! We could fit so many other books in if we'd just clear out a few hundred copies of those.)
