It's not a recipe per se, but have you ever tried making an orange soda float with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla? I ended up with one once when the ice cream stand was out of vanilla, and it ended up being delicious.

(Actually...I have chocolate ice cream and orange soda. I should go make one.)
