I just bought a $100 pair of boots at Marshall's. They are amaaazing. But maybe my feet will fall off because I didn't pay $300 at Macy's? D:

Eeeeeeeee, boots! (Although Macy's prices have been dropping lately due to Economy O' Suck, so the boots might not be much more there. My pretty, pretty winter coat is evidence of this.)

Srsly. Hit JC Penneys during the month of February. You usually can come out of there with five brand-name business suits that can be mixed and matched for a total bill of around $110.

Depending on your size (18s & 20s are usually gone pretty quickly), the later you go in the month, the deeper the discount.

For me, Penney's is hit or miss. I think it's just the location closest to me. It's a rundown mall, or on the way. But a suit is good. And 5 is even better. I'm in the 22-24 range, so hopefully they'll have some. That's the only thing I'm really missing from the wardrobe now. (I've spent the past 6 months beefing it up from just jeans and tees.)
