A proteiny easy-peasy recipe for yuuuuu~! Half-ass Dip: 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2 oz. solid white albacore tuna, drained 2 T of any chunky-type salsa Plop the cottage cheese into a small bowl. Plop tuna on top of that. Spill salsa on top of that. Serve with tortilla chips, Triscuits, pita bread, crisp bread or eat it with a spoon. Use MOAR! salsa if desired.
