Tampons (not only for the usual purpose, but for sopping up spills and things they are amazing.)

Who the hell uses a tampon to wipe up spills?! Does she use them during the rehearsal dinner? During the toast to soak up spilled champagne? To clean her lipstick off the horrified groom/father-of-the-bride/preacher? Gah, ultra-absorbent paper towels are cheaper and can be used in public without embarrassment.
